Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate governance terhadap cost of capital pada perusahaan perusahaan non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia BEI selama periode 2009 2013 Proksi dari corporate governance adalah dewan komisaris independen ukuran dewan komisaris kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional Sedangkan cost of capital akan diukur berdasarkan perhitungan Weighted Average Cost of Capital WACC Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi bergandaHasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran dewan komisaris dan kepemilikan manajerial memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap cost of capital kepemilikan institusional memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap cost of capital dan komisaris independen memiliki hubungan yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap cost of capital The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of corporate governance on cost of capital from non-financial firms which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2009-2013 period. The proxies for corporate governance are board independence, board size, insider ownership, and institutional ownership. This study is a quantitative study which employs multiple regression.The results of the study show that board size and insider ownership significantly and negatively related to cost of capital, institutional ownership significantly and positively related to cost of capital, while board independence has no significant effect on cost of capital. |
