Kabupaten Tebo dalarn peningkatan daya saing daerah berusahamengembangkan se*Cor yang menjadi basis perekonomian teratama komoditaskaret. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: Menganalisa peran se*tor karet dalamperekonomian Kabupaten Tebo dalarn penciptaan output penyerapan tenaga kerjaserta metrihat efek penggandanya; Melakukan pe.tbandingan kenaikan eksporsektor karet dengan kenaikan eskpor sektor industri karet, barang dari karet danplastik terhadap perekonomian kabupaten Tebo dan Mengetahui tingkatketerkaitan sektor karct dengan sektor-sektor lainnya dalam mendorongperkernbangan sektor-sek0or tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan tabel inputoutput Provinsi jambi yang diturunkan dengan metode Locstion Qwtient (LQ)untuk mendapatkan koefisien tabel I-O Kabupaten Tebo untuk menjawab tujuanpenelitian-Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkebunan karet mempunyai efekpengganda yang lebih besar dari sektor industi karet, barang dari karet danplastik. Peningkatan ekspor yang sfirur antana sektor karet dan sektor industrikaret, barang dad karet dan plastik, dari hasil simulasi menunjukan sektor karetmemberikan darnpak yang lebih besar terhadap perekonomian. Sektor karet jugamemiliki keterkaitan ke depan dan ketmkaitan ke belakang yang lebih baik dadsektor industri karet, barang dari karet dan plastik

Tebo District in improving the competitiveness of the region are trying todevelop a sector that became the basis of the economy, especially rubber. Thepurpose of this research are: Analyzing the role of the nrbber sector in theeconomy Tebo in the creation of output employement and see the effectrnultiplier; Conducting comparative increase in the export nrbber sector withrubber industry sectors, goods of nfther and plastic sector on the econonny Tebodistict and know the level of the nrbber sector linkages with othen sectors toencouliage the development of these sectors. This study uses input-output tablesJambi Frovince derived by the method of Location Quotient (LQ) for the gaincoefficient Tebo IO table to answer the research objectives.Result of research furdicate that rubber sector have a greater multipliereffect of the rubber industry, rubber and plastic goods sector.
