[ABSTRAK Merumuskan Learning Organization Melalui Analisis BudayaKeselamatan Pasien Dan Budaya Organisasi Di RS.MasmitraLangkah awal membangun keselamatan pasien adalah melakukanpenilaian terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien yang mana diperlukanpengkajian budaya organisasi sebagai panduan dalam menerapkankeselamatan pasien.Penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif potong lintang dilanjutkanmetode kualitatif ini bertujuan mengukur budaya keselamatan pasien,mengidentifikasi profil budaya organisasi dan merumuskan learningorganization untuk membangun keselamatan pasien di RS.Masmitra.Budaya Hierarchy didapati sebagai budaya organisasi yang dominan saatini di RS.Masmitra yang membutuhkan manajemen pengetahuan dalamupaya transformasi budaya keselamatan pasien. Hal ini sejalan denganhasil penelitian budaya keselamatan pasien yang menyatakan dimensipembelajaran organisasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan merupakan budayaterlemah di RS.Masmitra. Oleh karena itu, perumusan learningorganization sangatlah tepat untuk membangun keselamatan pasien diRS.Masmitra.
