[ABSTRAK PBMC merupakan salah satu jenis kontrak yang berorientasi terhadap kinerja,tidak berdasarkan volume pekerjaan yang sudah dikerjakan seperti biasanya.Menurut William A Hyman (2009) terdapat dua puluh enam tahap businessprocess pada pelaksanaan PBMC dan dari studi literature terdapat delapan puluhtiga indikator business process. Setelah melalui tahap validasi pakar, jumlahindikator business process berkurang dua nomor dan bertambah empat nomorsehingga menjadi delapan puluh lima indikator business process, yang kemudiandengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan statisticdeskriptif dievaluasi penerapannya pada dua pilot project penyelenggaraan jalannasional di Direkrorat Jenderal Bina Marga, yaitu Peningkatan Struktur RuasJalan Ciasem ? Pamanukan dan Peningkatan Struktur Ruas Jalan Demak ?Trengguli. ABSTRACT PBMC is one type of contract that is oriented towards performance, not based onthe volume of work that has been done as usual.
