Tesis ini membahas mengenai pelaksanaan pembentukan koperasi sebagai wadahmitra binaan dalam Program Kamitraan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR)PT. Krakatau Steel. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data melaluistudi literatur, wawancara dan observasi serta penarikan informan dengan purposifsampling. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan CSR PT. Krakatau Steel dalamProgram Kemitraan memberikan saran kepada mitra binaannya untuk membentukkoperasi. Pelaksanaan pembentukan Koperasi Pedagang Pasar Cilegon (KPPC),serta membahas faktor-faktor pendorong dan penghambat pelaksanaanpembentukan KPPC.
