[ABSTRAK Stakeholder Management dalam saduran bahasa Indonesia berarti ManajemenPemangku Kepentingan (Nizar dan Syahrul, 2011, h.831) adalah elemenketigabelas dalam PMBOK (PMI, 2013). Pada penelitian ini akan menganalisasistim manajemen pemangku kepentingan yang diterapkan oleh perusahaandengan mengidentifikasi, mempetakan, memprioritaskan, dan menetapkan strategiyang dapat menjadi acuan rencana kerja perusahaan PT. Kawasan BerikatNusantara (Persero) sebagai perusahaan yang melakukan value innovation denganbertransformasi comprehensive disemua lini untuk dapat mencapai targetperusahaan (KBN, 2013, h.5) menjadikan stakeholder management menjadimanajemen strategic penerapannya dengan multidimensi sumber daya, tantangan,dan pencapaian, serta untuk memperoleh enterprice value dan menjagasustainable growth.
