[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis gel elektrode konduktif berbasis carbopol polymer dengan variasi konsentrasi penambahan solanum tuberosum (sari, pati, nano partikel bentuk suspensi, nano partikel bentuk serbuk) 1%, 5%, dan 10%. Gel hasil sintesis diuji, terdiri dari : organoleptis (warna, bau, dan homogenitas), pH, viskositas dan sifat alir, daya sebar, impedansi, uji mikrobiologi dan uji iritasi pada kelinci. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan Meann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan nano partikel Solanum Tuberosum bentuk serbuk dengan konsentrasi 5 % berbasis carbopol polymer dapat dibuat menjadi gel elektrode konduktif.
