Pengertian supply chain management sekarang sangat vital didalam duniaperbisinisan saat ini. Sebagai pemimpin didalam bidang supply chainmanagement, kedua perusahaan, Toyota dan Walmart, telah berhasil menciptakanberbagai metode untuk mennangani masalah-masalah pernah terjadi didalammanajemen kedua perusahaan tersebut. Didalam laporan ini, saya akanmembahasa bagaimana cara kedua perusahaan ini menangani supply chainmanagement mereka serta membandingkan metode kedua perusaahan tersebut.Selain itu, saya akan membahas pula metode pembelian barang, metodeoutsourcing dan strategi outsourcing perusahaan. Pengaruh teknologi didalamsupply chain mereka serta tantangan dan resiko expansi keluar negeri akandijelaskan lebih detail didalam laporan ini.
