Abstract
Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak bertujuan untuk memahami peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit serta memahami seluruh kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit. Sedangkan tujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk mengetahui kejadian interaksi obat serta mengetahui frekuensi kejadian dan tingkat keparahan interaksi obat yang terjadi.
