Abstract
Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran dan tangung jawab apoteker di bidang pemerintahan yaitu Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, khususnya di Direktorat Standardisasi Produk Pangan dalam penyusunan standar, pedoman dan kriteria di bidang pangan. Penyusunan tugas khusus dengan judul Penyusunan Rancangan Standar Nasional Indonesia 1 (RSNI 1) Keripik Bayam yang bertujuan untuk memahami proses penyusunan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) dan mempelajari proses penyusunan RSNI 1 sebagai konsep awal dalam tahapan penyusunan SNI keripik bayam.
The aim of pharmacist internship program at National Agency of Drug and Food Control is to identify and understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the field of governance, that is National Agency of Drug and Food Control, particularly Directorate of Food Product Standardization in preparation of standards, guidelines and criteria in the food sector. Preparation of a specific task with the title Indonesian National Standard 1 (RSNI 1) of Spinach Chips aimed to understand the process of preparation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and learn the process of preparing RSNI 1 as the initial concept in preparing SNI of spinach chips.
