Abstract
Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman serta pengalaman kepada mahasiswa apoteker tentang tugas pokok seorang apoteker di rumah sakit dalam peran manajemen perbekalan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah evaluasi kepatuhan dokter spesialis jantung dan pembuluh darah terhadap penulisan resep berdasarkan formularium nasional di poliklinik jantung RSUP Fatmawati bulan September 2014.
The aim of pharmacist internship program is to provide insight and experience to the students about the basic tasks of a pharmacist at hospital in the management role of pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical care clinic. Specific task that given in pharmacist internship program is compliance evaluation of heart and blood vessels specialist doctor in prescribing based on national formulary in cardiac clinic RSUP Fatmawati September 2014.
