Abstract
Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, fungsi serta tanggung jawab apoteker di Instalasi Farmasi RS Marinir Cilandak. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah mengidentifikasi Drug Related Problems (DRPs) pada pasien hepatits akut/obs. jaundice di paviliun flamboyan bawah pada tanggal 17- 24 september 2014 Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak melalui penelusuran rekam medik kemudian memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengatasi DRP yang terjadi.
The aim of pharmacist internship program at Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak is to understand the role, functions and responsibilities of the pharmacist in the pharmacy installation of Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak.
