Era globalisasi membawa ekonomi dunia menuju perdagangan bebas untuk perdagangan barang dan jasa Kerjasama regional dan internasional terkait dengan liberalisasi ekonomi dilakukan melalui kesepakatan atau komitmen suatu negara ke negara lain Bentuk komitmen ini sebagian besar Negara berpedoman pada GATS General Agreement in Trade Services Komitmen tersebut salah satunya adalah settlement and clearing for financial assets termasuk produk securities derivatives dan negotiable instrument PT Kliring Penyelesaian Efek Indonesia KPEI yang mempunyai otoritas untuk melakukan proses kliring dan penyelesaian transaksi bursa yang diperdagangkan di Indonesia menjadikan hal ini sebagai salah satu strategi bisnis yang harus dicapai PT KPEI dalam 5 tahun kedepan Saat ini strategi IT yang pernah dibuat belum menjawab strategi bisnis baru yang dicanangkan PT KPEI untuk memenuhi target melakukan settlement and clearing for financial assets untuk produk saham dan instrumen pasar modal lainnya lintas regional dan internasional Hal ini menjadi perhatian besar untuk PT KPEI sehingga memasukkan cross border clearing sebagai bagian rencana strategis perusahaan Berdasarkan hal tersebut perlu adanya perencanaan strategis sistem informasi PSSI untuk mengatur arah pengembangan SI TI agar mampu mewujudkan strategi bisnis PT KPEI sebagai Cross border CCP Clearing Counterparty Pendekatan PSSI yang digunakan adalah metodologi ward peppard Metode pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara review dokumen dan observasi. The era of globalization brings the world economy toward free trade to trade in goods and services Regional and international cooperation related to economic liberalization is done through an agreement or commitment of a country to another country The commitment is largely based on the country of GATS General Agreement in Trade Services One of them is settlement and clearing for financial assets including securities products derivatives and negotiable instruments Indonesian Clearing and Guarantee Corporation PT KPEI who has the authority to make the process of clearing and settlement of exchange transactions that are traded in Indonesia makes it as one of the business strategies that must be achieved PT KPEI within the next 5 years Current IT strategy ever made have not been able to answer that proclaimed a new business strategy to meet the target PT KPEI in conducting settlement and clearing for financial assets for stock products derivatives and capital market instruments other regional and international traffic This is a big concern for PT KPEI that incorporate cross border clearing as part of the company 39 s strategic plan Based on this the need for strategic planning of information Systems SPIS to set the direction of the development of the IS IT strategy in order to be able to realize business of PT KPEI as Cross border CCP Clearing Counterparty SPIS approach is the methodology of Ward Peppard Method of data collection was done through interviews document review and observation |
