| The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of company's performance proxied by total stock return (TSR), return on assets (ROA), and return on equity (ROE). It also aims to analyze the effect of company's performance proxied by firm's size and price to the book value ratio (PBV) towards the management compensation. The method used was the multiple regression analysis where 39 samples were collected from 100 property companies listed at BEI covering the years 2010-2012. Data were processed using SPSS 16 and the result indicates that TSR, ROA, ROE, firm size, and PBV altogether have significant impact on management compensation. |
