Background of this research due to a decline in the production of micro and small industries in Central Java Province 2012. Therefore the location of concentrations of industrial and bussiness environment characteristics affects the small and micro industries. This research is undertaken in Central Java with subdistrict unit of observation. In this study the concentration of the industrial location at SMEs have certain patterns. This research used exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) to determine the concentration of the establishment of industries and multiple regression were also used by discriminant analysis. The result shows the concentration patterns and small micro bussiness environment and significant characteristics. Based on the concentration of industrial sites, there are different patterns of concentration of each industry, and of the ten characteristics of bussiness environment were researched, here are seven significant characteristics. The result of this study will not only be taken into consideration of evaluation policy, as well as capable for the development of new industrial investment. |
