Abstrak
This paper is set up to describe tools, techniques, and its application on granite open pit mining in Mt. Peniraman, Kalimantan, Indonesia. The aim is to achive optimum design of rock slope stability. The design is based on the theory of stereographic projections using software program data interpretation package (DIPS). As a result of calculation and observation of rock mechanics condition in the field, geological structure are of great significance.
