| Defense transformation as the next phase of military reformation has placed the military technology adoption factor as the main determinant to develop Indonesian defense forces. The process of military technology adoption is needed so that Indonesia is able to conduct military technology revolution in order to significantly enhance the components of national defense. TO be able to perform the leap toward the targeted military technology revolution, Indonesia should develop an independent defense industry by forming national aviation consortium and maritime and defense industry consortium. |
