| The aim of this study is to analyze phenomena of the chief of village's leadership in establishing people's participation to solve problems including to interpret the meaning of his leadership, to analyze his way in identifying the situational aspects as the basic to make decision and to describe the environmental influence forming his leadership's style. Basically, this study applies verstehen method, a qualitative study which has inductive characteristic and also applies a strategy of grounded theory. |
