| In this article, the author empirically uncovered hidden strategic significance behind the slogan 'TNI as the foremost vanguard and the last fort'. This effort was done by means of tracking historical flashbacks while comparing them with the doctrine of modern warfare as well as TNI's posture in the present. From the analysis it was then understood that the slogan is a unique concept that is surprisingly a genius combination of conventional and unconventional warfare strategies which are applicable in any given space time. |
