The Water limited boundaries was one of crucial matter that has to be settled and protected in relation among Nations. The limitation of Water's Boundaries is corelate with the Jurisdiction matter and The Nation Existence. To manage The Nation Existence, the whole parties of nation should do their best to prevent their water's territory. Each parties has the same obligatory to prevent it. The prevention of the sea, lately in AFTA era should be done in peace way. One of the peaceful way which is conduced by nations is diplomatic's way.
