Abstract
The lowness of accountability and trust give the regulation on political party in important position. Law Number 2 of 2011 on Amendment of Law Number 2 of 2008 on Political Party is a legal instrument, which constitute matter of political parties financial in Indonesia. Regulation on this financial assessed loose concerning on transparency and financial accountability. Even the monitoring and sanction assessed so weak.
