This paper will describe the role set of local leadership Keuchik (head of village) as a social capital (nerwork dimension) in supporting the optimum reconstruction performance. The techniques being used in data collecting were in-depth interview to selected informants and observation. Then the data were processed and analyzed qualitatively by selecting and simplifying them and joining them again to the concepts and problems as well as the research purpose. This Analysis is interactive technique with the three important process, i.e. data reduction, presentation and verification/taking conclusion. Based on the research in six villages in Aceh, it can be seen that the Keuchik position is very centralized in local level in giving some donation to the community in gampong scope, with suitable way with the model of social and cultural context. Although it is having intangible characteristic and often difficult to be measured, it must to admitted that actually there is a role of social capital inoptimazing of the public works development performance in Aceh. One of them is bridging social capital carried out by Keuchik in Aceh local people structure. |
