| Since hot mud flowed the earth in the subdistrict of Porong, Sidoarjo May 29th 2006, there were social and economic impacts have been suffered by local people and their surroundings, mainly compensation was regulated. This research using qualitative approach and find out that there were tripartie relation of state, corporate, and society are inequal. Lapindo as a corporative showed more significant role and power than state. State not yet showed maximally power (weak state) for protect their citizen right. So, state have to the significant role (strong state) while interact to Lapindo for accelerate the solution of social and economic impact in society of Sidoarjo |
