Suzuki Shosan as a former of Tokugawa emperor official that later become Budhism priest with Zen religious sect is teaching Zein theoology by not leaving the material world. According to Shosan, human must believe that his work is Budhism practice so they have to done it truly and honest. Ishida Baigan is the founder of Shingaku sect. One of his teaching is to live a simple life and devoted completely on the duty or occupation. The value of the two figure is decanted in Japanese management, which is gemba kaizen that majoring on the common sense and low cost. |
