Skripsi ini membahas tentang Pengalihan Participating Interest dalam Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi Setelah Pemberesan Harta dalam Kepailitan, serta membahas Participating Interest merupakan Aset dalam Harta Pailit. Dari hasil Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan kejelasan atas cara pengalihan Participating Interest dalam kepailitan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang betuknya penelitian preskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pengalihan Participating Interest dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, tetapi harus melihat ketentuan dari pemegang Participating Interest di SKK Migas. This thesis discusses the transfer of ownership of participating interest in the Upstream Oil and Gas in A company that is experiencing bankruptcy, as well as discuss a Participating Interest in Assets Assets Bankruptcy. From the results of this study aims to find clarity on how the transfer of Participating Interest in bankruptcy. This research is descriptive research betuknya prescriptive. The study states that the transfer of Participating Interest can be done in various ways, but must look at the provisions of the holders of Participating Interest in SKK Migas |
