ABSTRAK
Kegagalan merupakan permasalahan yang umum terjadi pada peralatan listrik, baik kegagalan termal maupun kegagalan elektris. Kegagalan termal dan kegagalan elektris berupa rugi-rugi penyaluran, merusak bahan isolasi serta gejala tegangan tinggi. Persoalan yang diakibatkan oleh penggunaan tegangan tinggi ini akan timbul seiring dengan keuntungan yang didapat dari penggunaan tegangan tinggi. Persoalan-persoalan yang timbul antara lain adalah adanya gejala korona yang ditandai dengan warna violet, suara-suara mendesis, dan berbau ozon pada permukaan konduktor. Gejala-gejala korona sangat merugikan bagi peralatan-peralatan tenaga listrik salah satunya dapat menimbulkan korosi pada peralatan tegangan tinggi, Oleh karena itu korona perlu diukur. Pengukuran korona juga dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui sifat alami korona, pengaruhnya pada material dan kinerja peralatan listrik. Salah satu metode sederhana untuk mendeteksi aktivitas korona adalah dengan cara menganalisis cahaya yaitu dengan mengukur besarnya cahaya yang dipancarkan korona dengan menggunakan alat Ofill Superb Daycor seri II. Korona diukur dengan besaran counter rate per menit. Dalam skripsi ini akan ditunjukkan data-data hasil pengukuran korona pada saat ditemukan permasalahan pada klem di beberapa tower SUTT 70kV dan 150kV. Hasil yang didapat berupa suhu udara, kelembaban udara, usia klem serta tegangan SUTT berpengaruh terhadap banyaknya korona serta tingginya nilai korona yang muncul di mana nilai maksimum korona dari beberapa pengukuran yang muncul bernilai 4555 counter rate/min saat kelembaban udara mencapai 90%, suhu udara , serta usia klem 34 tahun pada daerah Cawang-Depok 150kV dan nilai korona minimum yang muncul besarnya 1267 counter rate/min saat kelembaban udara mencapai 85%, suhu udara dan usia klem 41 tahun pada daerah Cibinong-Gandaria 70kV.

Failure is a common problem that occurs in electrical equipment, either thermal or electrical failure failure. Failure of thermal and electrical failure in the form of loss distribution, damaging insulation materials as well as the symptoms of high voltage. The problems caused by the use of high voltage will arise along with the benefits of the use of high voltage. Issues that arise include the presence of symptoms of corona which is marked by the color violet, hissing sounds, and smells of ozone on the surface of the conductor. The symptoms of corona are very harmful for the equipment power one of which can cause corrosion on high voltage equipment, therefore the corona need to be measured. Measurement of the corona is also intended to determine the nature of the corona, its influence on the material and the performance of electrical equipment. One simple method to detect corona activity is by analyzing the light that is by measuring the amount of light emitted by the corona using the tool Ofill Superb Daycor series II. In this paper will show the results of measurement data corona at the time found some problems on the clamps in the tower SUTT 70kV and 150kV.
