ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran utilisasi rawat inap peserta JKN di RS Tipe B Wilayah Kota Tangerang yaitu empat rumah sakit pada bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional melalui pendekatan kuantitatif serta didukung informasi kualitatif dari narasumber pada pembahasan. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan utilisasi rawat inap yang berbeda khususnya di RS X, yaitu pada umur, kasus diagnosis penyakit dengan biaya klaim terbesar dibandingkan RS lainnya. Selain itu, keempat RS memiliki perbedaan pada lama hari rawat peserta JKN. Hal ini dapat disebabkan dari fasilitas, manajemen dan perilaku rumah sakit, sehingga diperlukan monitoring dari BPJS Kesehatan. ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the utilization of inpatient of Universal Health Coverage (JKN) participant in four hospitals type B of Tangerang City Area in Period from October to December 2014. This study using cross sectional design through quantitative approach that also supported by the qualitative information from sources. From the result it can be seen the different utilization inpatient especially in X Hospital, such as age, disease diagnosis cases with the biggest claim cost compare to other hospitals. In addition, those four hospitals have a difference in the length of stay of inpatient of Universal Health Coverage (JKN) participant. It can be caused by the facilities, management and hospital behavior so that the monitoring of BPJS Kesehatan is necessary. |
