Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh agresivitas pajak terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada perusahaan manufaktur terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013. Penelitian ini juga menguji apakah keberadaan dewan komisaris memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh agresivitas pajak terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 109 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa agresivitas pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan CSR, sementara dewan komisaris memperlemah hubungan agresivitas pajak terhadap pengungkapan CSR.
......The purpose of this study aims to examine the effect of tax agressiveness on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure in manufacturing company that listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange for the year 2013. This study also examines the presence of board comissioner either to strengthen or weaken the effect of tax agresiveness on CSR disclosure. The sample of this study consists of 109 companies. The empirical results of this study show that tax agressiveness has positive effect on CSR disclosure, while the board of commissioner weaken the effect of tax agressiveness on CSR disclosure.
