Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor determinan apa saja yang mempengaruhi keputusan struktur modal perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Sektor Industri Properti, Real Estate, dan Konstruksi Bangunan pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2011 hingga 2014. Sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruhnya berjumlah 43 perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengunakan fixed effect model yang diolah dalam program eviews 8. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa variabel tangibilitas, likuiditas, persentase perubahan penjualan diketahui tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap struktur modal perusahaan. Profitabilitas dan persentase perubahan aset diketahui mempengaruhi struktur modal secara negatif. Sedangkan size dan assets turnover memiliki pengaruh secara positif.
This research is aimed to analyze the determinant factors that influenced capital structure decision of company on property, real estate, and building construction industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2010 to 2014. This research finding is that the variabels that does not influeced capital structure is tangibility, liquidity, and percentage change in sales. Profitability and percentage change in assets is negatively influenced the capital structure. Size and assets turnover is positively influenced the capital structure.
