| [Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai perempuan yang berkecimpung di dunia olahraga. Kajian dilakukan terhadap tim futsal putri KBF UI yang ternyata mengalami dinamika untuk menjadi satu tim futsal putri yang memiliki prestasi. Pada awalnya terjadi diskriminasi terhadap mereka yang direspon dengan melakukan perubahan di dalam tim. Perubahan tersebut awalnya diusahakan oleh orang tertentu saja. Dalam proses perubahan, timbul kesadaran di dalam diri anggota tim futsal putri KBF UI mengenai pentingnya social bonding di dalam tim. Timbulnya social bonding ini memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan bermain futsal anggota-anggotanya. Konsep-konsep seperti diskriminasi, agency, dan social bonding menjadi konsep utama untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian dalam skripsi ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan autoetnografi, wawancara mendalam terhadap delapan informan, dan juga studi kaji dan literatur.;This thesis aims to give an image of women who involve in sports. The research is based on an observation to KBF UI women futsal team which experienced some dynamics in pursuing an achievement as a team. In the beginning, there is discrimination which happened to them and they responded by doing a change. However, this changes only attempted by a particular member. In the process of changing, emerged a consciousness about the importance of social bonding as a team. The emergence of social bonding gave differences in skill to playing futsal of each member. Concepts like discrimination, agency, and social bonding becomes the main concept to answer the research question. The method used in this research is autoethnography, deep interviews to eight informers, and also literature study., This thesis aims to give an image of women who involve in sports.
