Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja dan emotional exhaustion terhadap komitmen afektif perawat di Rumah Sakit XYZ. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah 185 orang perawat di Rumah Sakit XYZ cabang Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan konklusif serta menggunakan structural equation model.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada komitmen afektif dan emotional exhaustion berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan emotional exhaustion tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif.
The aim of this research is to study the effect of job satisfaction and emotional exhaustion to nurses affective commitment at Hospital XYZ. The respondents of this study were 185 nurses in Hospital XYZ branch Bekasi. This research is quantitative descriptive and conclusive interpretive and using structural equation model. The result of this research found that job satisfaction have positive and significant effect to affective commitment, emotional exhaustion have negative and significant effect to job satisfaction, and emotional exhaustion doesn't have effect on job satisfaction.
