Skripsi ini membahas mengenai kiat-kiat perusahaan Lotte pada saat krisis ekonomi tahun 1997/98 terjadi dan faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi keberhasilan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan kiat perusahaan Lotte dalam menghadapi krisis ekonomi tahun 1997/98 serta peran budaya perusahaan dalam keberhasilan perusahaan tersebut. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah keberhasilan perusahaan Lotte pada saat krisis ekonomi tahun 1997/98 didukung oleh budaya perusahaan Lotte, kebijakan pemerintah saat itu, dan pola pikir masyarakat Korea terkait Konfusianisme. This analysis discussed the method of Lotte company in facing the 1997/98 economic crisis and which factors affected the success. This research used a qualitative method with descriptive analysis approach. This research aims to find tips Lotte company in the face of the economic crisis in 1997/98 and the role of corporate culture in the success of the company. The conclusion from this analysis was Lotte corporate culture, government policy at the time, and the mindset of the people of Korea related to Confucianism supported the success of the Lotte company in facing the 1997/98 economic crisis. |
