Abstract
Dengan ditetapkannya Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 11 tahun 2014 tentang e- Retribusi, maka Penerimaan Asli Daerah (PAD) yang bersumber dari Retribusi Daerah diharapkan dapat optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis evaluasi kebijakan e-Retribusi di DKI Jakarta ditinjau dari teori McMaster. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 11 tahun 2014 dapat mengoptimalkan Retribusi Daerah dengan memenuhi ketiga dimensi karena menggunakan sistem online, serta memberikan solusi dari kekurangan peraturan sebelumnya.

As the regulation of governor Nomor 11 tahun 2014 was assigned about e- Retribution, so the local revenues that sourced by local retribution could be optimal. The aim of this research is to analyze the evaluation of e-Retribution's rule in DKI Jakarta based on McMaster?s theory. This research uses quantitative approach with the types of research is descriptive. The results of this research is tha the regulation of governor Nomor 11 tahun 2014 could optimalization local retribution with fulfill all third dimensions because of using online system, and gives the solution of the previous rules.
