Abstract
ABSTRAK
Ardesita Yuli Kristiana, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang amanat yang terkandung dalam lakon Pakem Makutharama baik secara implisit maupun eksplisit. Dalam mendeskripsikan amanat tersebut dengan menggunakan unsur-unsur yang membangun cerita seperti alur dan tokoh penokohan. Data yang digunakan adalah buku Pakem Makutharama anggitan Ki Siswoharsojo. Penelitian ini menggunakan langkah kerja dari buku Memahami Cerita Rekaan yang ditulis oleh DR. Panuti Sudjiman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa amanat dapat ditemukan melalui keterkaitan alur dan tokoh penokohan baik makna itu secara implisit maupun eksplisit.

Ardesita Yuli Kristiana, This research is intended to explain about the moral messages in the lakon Pakem Makutharama, whether it is implicit or explicit messages. The description of the moral messages is using the elements that built the story such as the storyline and the characteristics of the characters. The data that being used is the book of Pakem Makutharama anggitan Ki Siswoharsojo. The research used working procedures from the book of Memahami Cerita Rekaan (Understanding Fiction) written by DR. Panuti Sudjiman. The result of the research shows that the moral messages can be found through the relation between the storyline and the characteristics of the characters, whether they are implicit or explicit messages.
