Abstract
Listrik yang di masa depan kemungkinan besar menjadi sebuah komoditas akan mengubah sistem listrik yang ada di seluruh dunia. Setiap pemilik rumah akan berupaya untuk turut serta dalam pasar listrik tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah pengaturan beban agar dapat dihasilkan keuntungan yang maksimal bagi pemilik rumah tersebut. Pengaturan tersebut harus memerhatikan harga listrik yang di masa depan akan menjadi dinamis. Pada skripsi ini, penentuan harga listrik diasumsikan menggunakan real time pricing (RTP). Selain itu, seringnya terjadi mati listrik (blackout) di Indonesia akan menjadi pertimbangan dalam rancangan sistem ini sehingga rumah pintar tersebut tidak akan mengalami mati listrik.
Electricity that is becoming a comodity will change the existing electrical system. Every house owner will be eager to join the electricity market. Thus, a load management is needed to give a maximum profit for the house owner. The load management must consider the electricity price that is becoming dynamic. In this work, it is assumed that the pricing used is real time pricing (RTP). In the other hand, the high frequency of blackout occuring in Indonesia will become a consideration in the design of this system so that the owner of the house will not experience it.
