[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun program pencapaian transportasi barangkota yang berkelanjutan untuk kota Depok. Penyusunan program menggunakanoptimasi pendekatan subjektif dengan analisis AHP yang dibantu piranti lunakExpert Choice 11 serta optimasi pendekatan kombinatorial. Penyusunan dilakukanprogram dihitung dengan mempertimbangkan dua aspek yaitu: aspek operasionaldan sustainable serta mempertimbangkan dua pendapat pemangku kepentinganyaitu: Pemerintah Kota dan Swasta, yang disusun dalam hirarki AHP. Hasilpenelitian menunjukan urutan program prioritas I yaitu kendaraan ramahlingkungan, pembatasan akses/zona dan terminal barang, program prioritas IIyaitu, konsolidasi pengiriman dan pengiriman malam hari dan program prioritasIII yaitu, Distribution Center dan pengaturan parkir.
