Abstrak
Tesis ini membahas perlindungan hukum terhadap para pihak dalam akta notaris berdasarkan undang-undang nomor 30 tahun 2004 dan perubahannya undang-undang nomor 2 tahun 2014 tentang jabatan notaris dan kode etik notaris. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum yuridis-normatif yang bersifat perspektif analistis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pada Undang-undang Jabatan Notaris perlindungan hukum terhadap para pihak terdapat pada pasal 3 huruf c dan f pasal 15 huruf e, pasal 16 huruf a, b, c, d, e, dan l, pasal 38 ayat (3) huruf a, b, c, dan e, pasal 38 ayat (4) huruf b, pasal 39 ayat (1) dan (2), pasal 40, pasal 42, pasal 43, pasal 44, pasal 48, pasal 60 dan pasal 65; Sedangkan pada Kode etik notaris terdapat pada pasal 3 ayat (4), (6), (14) dan pasal 4 ayat (1), (5), (6); Perlindungan hukum terhadap para pihak dalam akta notaris pada putusan pengadilan negeri Jakarta nomor 395/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Jkt.Sel secara tidak langsung sudah terdapat dengan sendirinya pada putusan tersebut.
......This thesis discusses the legal protection of the parties in a notarial deed by Law No. 30 of 2004 and its amendment of Law No. 2 of 2014 concerning the notary office and code of conduct notary. This research is legal-normative juridical analytical perspective. Results of this study was to Law Notary legal protection of the parties contained in article 3 letter c and f Article 15 letter e, Article 16 letters a, b, c, d, e, and l, Article 38 paragraph (3) letters a, b, c, and e, article 38 paragraph (4) letter b, article 39 paragraph (1) and (2), article 40, article 42, article 43, article 44, article 48, article 60 and article 65 ; While on Notary Code of Conduct contained in article 3 paragraph (4), (6), (14) and Article 4 paragraph (1), (5), (6); Legal protection of the parties in a notarial deed at the Jakarta court's decision number 395 / Pdt.G / 2011 / PN.Jkt.Sel indirectly have found itself in the verdict.
