Abstrak
[Tesis ini membahas mengenai kekerasan seksual yang dialami oleh mayoritas perempuan etnis Tionghoa pada Tragedi Mei ?98. Peneliti berupaya membuktikan problem statement bahwa yang menyebabkan terjadinya kekerasan seksual tersebut adalah interseksi antara eksklusi etnisitas, kelas sosial dan seksualitas tubuh perempuan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada beberapa informan yaitu pendamping dan mereka yang pernah mengadvokasi perempuan korban kekerasan seksual di Tragedi Mei ?98;This thesis discusses the sexual violence experienced by the majority of Chinese ethnic women during May Tragedy '98.Researcher attempted to prove that the problem statement that causes sexual violence is the intersection between the exclusion of ethnicity, social class and sexualityof the female body.This research is qualitative research by conducting interviews to several informants that their companion and ever advocating for victims of sexual violence in May Tragedy '98.
