[ABSTRAK Pengelolaan Rantai Pasok atau Supply Chain Management (SCM) mencakupseluruh kegiatan, fungsi dan fasilitas yang terlibat dalam memproduksi danmemberikan produk dan/atau jasa dari pemasok (dan pemasok dari pemasok)kepada pelanggan. Perkembangan baru dalam bidang ini adalah implementasinyadilingkungan kampus atau dikenal dengan nama Campus SCM. Campus SCMmerupakan sebuah pengelolaan terintegrasi dari kegiatan SCM yang memilikifungsi serta tugas pokok unik yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya oleh pihakKampus. Saat ini telah banyak kampus ternama di dunia yang menerapkan konsepSCM untuk mendukung kegaiatan baik akademis maupun non akademis. Pada tesisini, penulis mengusulkan sebuah kerangka pengembangan perancangan prosesdalam sebuah siklus sistem, yang diharapkan dapat digunakan dalammengembangkan salah satu komponen penting dari sistem SCM yaitu Warehouse.Kerangka pengembangan ini merupakan sintesa dari berbagai metodepengembangan sebuah warehouse yang telah ada sebelumnya dan memadukannyadengan konsep rekayasa sistem. ABSTRACT Supply Chain Management (SCM) includes all the activities, functions andfacilities involved in producing and delivering products and / or services fromsuppliers (and the suppliers of suppliers) to the customer. A new development inthis study is the implementation of SCM in campus environment or known by thename Campus SCM. Campus SCM is an integrated management of SCM activitiesthat have a unique functions and main tasks predefined by the Campus. At thepresent time, there are several weel-know campuses that apply the concept of SCMto support their both academic and non-academic activities. In this thesis, theauthors propose a framework design to design several processes in a life-cycle of asystem, which is expected to be used in developing one of the essential componentsof the SCM system, Warehouse.
