Tesis ini membahas pelaksanaan program ketahanan nasional dikementerian pemuda dan olahraga yang bertujuan memberdayakanpemuda dari masalah-masalah sikap individualis, materialis, menurunnyarasa nasionalisme dan patriotisme serta mengikis dan terpuruknya nilaimoral. Sebagian pemuda sibuk mementingkan pribadinya, kurang peduliterhadap lingkungan dan permasalahan yang terjadi disekitarnya.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif denganpendekatan deskripsi analisis. Informasi yang diperoleh denganmelakukan wawancara mendalam dengan narasumber yang berjumlah 7orang, 2 orang dari kemenpora sementara 5 orang adalah peserta programTannasda, narasumber ini adalah orang-orang yang mempunyaipengetahuan tentang pelaksanaan program ketahanan nasional(Tannasda). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas pelaksanaanprogram ketahanan nasional pemuda (Tannasda) tahun 2014 dikementerian pemuda dan olahraga. Dari hasil penelitian, pelaksanaanprogram ketahanan nasional pemuda di kementerian pemuda dan olahraga telah mengalami peningkatan kualitas dari tahun ke tahun, namunpelaksanaan program ketahanan nasional pemuda tahun 2014 masihmengalami hambatan-hambatan teknis yang dapat merusak substansi dariprogram itu sendiri
ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the implementation of the national security programat the ministry of youth and sports aimed at empowering the youth of issuesindividualist attitude, materialist, declining sense of nationalism and patriotism aswell as erode and decline of moral values. Most youth-centered personal busy, isless concerned about the environment and the problems that occur around them.This research uses a qualitative research approach analytical description.Information obtained by conducting in-depth interviews with sources, amountingto 7 people, 2 people of Kemenpora while 5 people were Tannasda programparticipants, resource persons are those who have knowledge about theimplementation of the national security program (Tannasda). This study aims todiscuss the implementation of the national security programs of youth (Tannasda)in 2014 at the ministry of youth and sports.
