Tesis ini membahas tindak tutur dan implikatur percakapan melalui analisis wacana kritis (AWK) dalam tayangan Sentilan Sentilun Episode "Selangkah Menuju RI 1" di Metro TV dengan metode kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menunjukkan bentuk tuturan dan implikatur percakapan yang dikomunikasikan sehingga ditemukan strategi tutur yang digunakan. Hasil analisis wacana kritis (AWK) menunjukkan bahwa tayangan Sentilan Sentilun Episode "Selangkah Menuju RI 1" di Metro TV lebih sering menggambarkan keadaan untuk menyampaikan pesan dan secara jelas menampilkan partisipannya. Strategi tutur yang sering digunakan adalah strategi tindak tutur tidak langsung (TTTL) dibandingkan strategi tindak tutur langsung (TTL). Hal ini terkait dengan penyampaian implikatur percakapan berupa pengungkapan citra Subjek, kritik, ajakan, meyakinkan, sindiran, ejekan, pengharapan, permintaan, saran, pengungkapan kesulitan, perintah, dan penegasan. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa untuk menyampaikan implikatur percakapan, partisipan dalam tayangan Sentilan Sentilun Episode "Selangkah Menuju RI 1" di Metro TV terlihat jelas menggunakan strategi persuasif. Baik dengan bentuk tuturan asertif, direktif, maupun komisif.
ABSTRACT
This research discusses the speech acts and conversational implicatures through the critical discourse analysis (CDA) in Sentilan Sentilun Program Episodes "Selangkah Menuju RI 1" on Metro TV by using the qualitative methods. The purpose of this research is to show that the form of speech acts and conversational implicatures has found its strategy to be communicated. The results of the Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) indicate that the Sentilan Sentilun Program Episodes "Selangkah Menuju RI 1" on Metro TV was more often describing the state of delivering the message and clearly displayed its participants. Speech act strategy was more frequently using the Indirect Speech Acts (ISA) rather than Direct Speech Acts (DSA). Due to this is associated with the conversational implicatures such as subject image, criticism, persuasing, convincing, insinuation, teasing, wishing, asking, suggesting, expression of adversity, orders, and the affirmation.
