 Abstrak

[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Inpres nomor 6
tahun 2012 yang dilakukan oleh Lapan. Tesis ini menggunakan pendekatan post
positivis dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa
Lapan melihat Inpres nomor 6 tahun 2012 sebagai perluasan kewenangan dalam
pengelolaan dan pengolahan data penginderaan jauh. Dalam pelaksanaan Inpres
nomor 6 tahun 2012, masih perlu dilakukan koordinasi antara Lapan dan BIG
sebagai pelaksana. Dalam konteks sumberdaya, fasilitas cukup memadai dengan
diadakannya upgrading stasiun bumi dan fasilitas penerima dan penyimpanan data.
Dari segi SDM masih perlu ditingkatkan, karena masih kurangnya tenaga peneliti dan
operasional. Pelaksanaan Inpres ini masih belum optimal karena tidak didukung oleh
anggaran yang memadai.
ABSTRACT
This research analyzed on how Lapan implemented Presidential Decree No.6
of 2012. This study using post positivist approach with descriptive analysis. Result of
this study indicate that Lapan see the Presidential Decree No.6 of 2012 as an
extension of authority in the management and processing of remote sensing data.
There is still need more coordination between Lapan and BIG as the executor of
Presidential Decree No.6 of 2012. In the context of resources, the facility is quite
adequate since the upgrading of ground station and receivers and data storage
facilities. In terms of human resources, there is still need improvement because the
lack of researchers and operational person. The Presidential Decree No.6 of 2012 is
still not optimal because the policy is not supported by adequate budget, This research analyzed on how Lapan implemented Presidential Decree No.6
