[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhiminat untuk menggunakan sistem e-learning. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah sikapuntuk menggunakan, persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, pengaruh sosial,kondisi fasilitas dan kecemasan pada pekerja kerah biru di PT Frisian FlagIndonesia. Pendekatan Structural Equation Modelling dengan menggunakanperangkat lunak Lisrel digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor mana yangmemiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Data diperoleh dari 391 pekerja kerahbiru. Penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa faktor persepsi kegunaanmerupakan faktor yang yang paling kuat dibandingkan dengan variabel lainnya.Penelitian ini juga mengindikasikan implikasi yang dapat digunakan untukmeningkatkan performa perusahaan.
