ABSTRACT This thesis aims to know the impact of minimum wage towards job stability.Regression Logistic Biner is a model used in the thesis to perform the estimationimpact of minimum wage towards job stability.Dependent variable is a category which performs stability and independentvariable performs regency/city minimum wage, individual characteristic such age, sex, marriage status, education, training, and other factors like type of work andjob vacancy sector. Result of the study presence several negative impacts ofminimum wage and statisticaly significant towards job stability. From aninferential analysis state that for each 1% increasing of minimum wage causetrends of low job stability about 0.687 times, This thesis aims to know the impact of minimum wage towards job stability.Regression Logistic Biner is a model used in the thesis to perform the estimationimpact of minimum wage towards job stability.Dependent variable is a category which performs stability and independentvariable performs regency/city minimum wage, individual characteristic such age, sex, marriage status, education, training, and other factors like type of work andjob vacancy sector.
