[ABSTRAK
Arsip Nasional memegang peranan penting dalam pelestarian kearsipan nasional. Pengelolaan arsip yang baik menciptakan suatu tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Untuk menciptakan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik sebagai bagian dari e-government maka arsip nasional membangun Simpul Informasi Kearsipan Nasional (SIKN) dan Jaringan Informasi Kearsipan Nasional (JIKN). SIKN dan JIKN menjadi landasan bagi pemerintah untuk implementasi e-records dan earchieves bagi yang selama ini dikembangkan oleh Arsip Nasional. Implementasi SIKN dan JIKN masih tahap awal dan membutuhkan banyak perubahan dan penyesuian terkait kebutuhan dan pengembangan di sisi aplikasi dan infrastruktur teknologi. Penggunaan TOGAF ADM sebagai framework untuk merancang enterprise architecture memberikan kebutuhan yang lebih jelas bagi kebutuhan IS/IT SIKN dan JIKN. TOGAF memberikan solusi bagi perancangan enterprise architecture yang lebih sistematis dan terorganisir dengan baik. Melalui TOGAF ADM dapat diketahui kondisi IS/IT SIKN dan JIKN yaitu arsitektur saat ini, usulan untuk arsitektur, dan gap analisis. Diharapkan dengan penggunaan TOGAF framework dalam enterprise architecture, ANRI memiliki perencanaan yang baik dalam membangun SIKN dan JIKN dan sesuai dengan ekspektasi pemerintah, ANRI, dan masyarakat.

ABSTRACT
National Archives of Indonesia (Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia) plays an important role in the preservation of the national archives. A Good archives records management could create a good governance. To create good governance as part of the e-government, the National Archives develop Simpul Informasi Kearsipan Nasional (SIKN) and Jaringan Informasi Kearsipan Nasional (JIKN). SiKN and JIKN would be the basis for the government for the implementation of e-Records and e-Archives for which has been developed by the National Archives. Implementation SIKN and JIKN may still in the early stages and requires a lot of changes and adjustments related to the needs and development basis on the system and infrastructure technology of SIKN and JIKN. The use of TOGAF ADM as a framework for designing enterprise architecture provides a good requirements for the needs of the IS / IT of SIKN and JIKN. TOGAF provides a good solution for design of enterprise architecture to be more systematic and well-organized. By using TOGAF ADM, It would know the condition of IS/IT SIKN and JIKN like architecture as-is, identification solution (architecture to-be), and gap analysis.
