Dalam dunia kerja maupun sehari-hari, bekerja sama dengan orang lain adalah factor penting untuk mencapai target ataupun kesuksesan. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa keefektifan kerja berkelompok dalam suatu kepanitiaan. Analisa ini juga bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan teori pada praktek. Hal-hal seperti struktur kelompok, cara kerja, konflik, teknik kelompok, dan kesimpulan beserta apa saja yang saya pelajari dari tesis ini.
