Sebanyak 194 mahasiswa The University of Queensland menyelesaikan kuesionersecara online di waktu senggang mereka. A newly developed measure of obsessive-compulsive behavior (OCB) is presented, as well as thecalculation of its validation and reliability. A total of 194 students of The University of Queenslandcompleted online questionnaires on their free time. There was found that the reliability of OCB scalewas reasonably good and the computation of Item Discrimination Indices showed which items werebest and worst. It demonstrates that the new OCB scale is positively correlated with all three otherscales of obsessive-compulsive inventory-revised (OCI-R) proposed by Foa et al. (2002), the IPIP(International Personality Item Pool) neuroticism developed by Goldberg et al. (2006), and theLiebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS) suggested by Heimberg et al. (1999). For future research, it isrecommended that the scale may be expanded to cover all aspect of OCB so that it can be used indetecting OCB in university students., A newly developed measure of obsessive-compulsive behavior (OCB) is presented, as well as thecalculation of its validation and reliability.
