[ABSTRAK Penerapan Balanced Scorecard sebagai alat pengukur kinerja dinilai dapat memberikan motivasi kepada para ahli medis untuk menggunakan CPOE yang berguna untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan mendorong kelancaran komunikasi dan kolaborasi antara sesama ahli medis. Tesis ini membahas tentang pengaruh pemilihan pengukur kinerja secara finansial terhadap penerapan CPOE di ruang lingkup medis. Saya akan menjelaskan manfaat menggunakan Balanced Scorecard sebagai pengukur kinerja yang tepat untuk memberikan motivasi kepada ahli medis untuk menerapkan CPOE. Tesis ini juga menjelaskan tentang kegunaan serta kekurangan yang terdapat dalam implementasi CPOE yang didukung oleh balanced scorecard di berbagai bidang.ABSTRACT The implementation of Balanced Scorecard as a performance measure strongly affects the behavior of employees and manager toward the adoption of CPOE, which also align with the goal to increase competitive advantage, encourage open communication and collaboration and provides continual feedback for learning. This thesis discussed about the impact of choosing the right financial performance measure to the implementation of CPOE in medical area.
