[ABSTRAK Makalah ini membahas kebebasan tokoh Isabelle dalam film Jeune et Jolie (2013) yang dikaitkan dengan konsep kebebasan yang dicetuskan oleh Jean-Paul Sartre. Kebebasan Sartre merupakan bagian dari teori utamanya: eksistensialisme. Analisis data difokuskan pada tindakan tokoh Isabelle dan konsekuensinya, baik untuk dirinya sendiri maupun orang lain. Tindakan Isabelle memberi konsekuensi bagi dirinya baik dari segi psikologis, biologis, ekonomis, dan sosial.ABSTRACT This paper examines the figure Isabelle on Jeune et Jolie (2013), using the freedom concept by Jean-Paul Sartre. Freedom is a part of the existensialism theory. The data analysis is focused on Isabella?s actions and its consequence for herself and others.
