[ABSTRAK Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Keselamatan bertujuan untukmemahami tugas dan fungsi apoteker pengelola apotek (APA) di apotek yangmeliputi kegiatan pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi dan alat kesehatan habis pakaiserta pelayanan farmasi klinis. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul pengkajianresep saluran cerna di Apotek Keselamatan. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalahuntuk mengkaji kesesuaian dan ketepatan peresepan pada pasien gangguan salurancerna di Apotek Keselamatan.
